Additional supplements to be added affter autoclaving：
10ml of sterile 20% solution of glycerol
1ml of sterile 1M MgSO4 solution
The above solutions should be sterilized separately by filtration before addition to the broth.
Method of preparation：
1. Suspend 15.6g of M63 Medium broth in 1L of purified water
2. Allow the powder to dissolve.Heat and stir gently if required.Adjust pH to 7.0 with KOH
3. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes
4. Allow the solution to cool to 50℃ to bellow before adding antibiotics or additional nutritional supplements
性狀：干燥粉末，易吸潮。參考用量：15.6g/L
